9GG60000+ = Southwestern edge approximately at Ingå; covers Upinniemi but not Porkkala; covers all of Espoo; covers the western (city center) peninsula of Helsinki; the eastern edge is approximately at the eastern edge of Mustikkamaa, bisects the graveyard island north of Kulosaari, passes east of the Viikinmäki tram stop; approximately follows trunk road 45 north of the interchange with Ring III; passes just east of the airport; the northern edge of this area is in Hämeenlinna, but stops just south of the castle itself, with the vast majority of the gridded area of the city center being within 9GG6; municipalities entirely within 9GG60000+ incude Espoo, Kirkkonummi, most of urban Lohja, Nummela, Vihti, Karkkila, Loppi, Hyvinkää and Riihimäki. 9GG70000+ is immediately to the east; its southern edge is well into the gulf of Finland, and its northern edge reaches to Lahti, passing just south of Ankkurin Rantapuisto and thus most of the city is in this area; the eastern edge of 9GG7 reaches far past Porvoo: Villmans and Forsbyå are in this area, but Pernå and Garpgård aren't; some of the Pyhäjärvi northeast of Myrskylä is in this area but the eastern edge passes perhaps 100 m west of Villikkalanjärvi to its north; in the capital region basically all of Vantaa west of road 45 after its interchange with Ring III is in 9GG7 but the interchange itself isn't; in Helsinki, all of Ala-Malmi but only some of Ylä-Malmi are here; Tapanila is definitely in this area but Tapaninkylä isn't, Suutarila is for the most part but a few houses at its western edge stay out; all of Pihlajamäki's long apartment buildings are in this area (the westernmost only by a few meters) but the Uusi yhteiskoulu to their north isn't; everything east of Viikki and Herttoniemi are in this area, Laajasalo is entirely in this area, Vallisaari gets bisected; Sompasauna in Mustikkamaa is outside this area but some meters of the beach are in it; in Kulosaari everything east of the tennis hall and Brändö Gymnasium are in this area.
